We are an independent handmade studio. Each piece is meticulously crafted in small batches at our workshop in China and shipped directly to our supporters worldwide to ensure the highest quality and an authentic handmade experience.

Yes. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue via email:
