Thank you for choosing LLKworks' handcrafted leather products. Each item is uniquely designed and made by hand, embodying our dedication to craftsmanship. To provide our customers with a confident shopping experience, we have established the following policy:

1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Conditions & Product Characteristics

  • Unused Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom Products: Items that have been explicitly customized (such as custom engravings or bespoke sizes made specifically to your request) are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

  • Natural Variations: Natural leather may exhibit slight texture variations or markings, which are inherent to genuine leather and not considered defects. Additionally, due to different monitor settings, there may be slight color differences between product images and the actual item. These are not considered quality issues.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Customer Reasons: If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., personal preference, changed mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • Quality Issues: If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, LLKworks will bear the shipping costs for the return or replacement.

4. How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at hello@llkworks.com within 30 days of receipt with your order information and photos of the item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
